Shipping Policy

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

Order Processing: All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 10am AEST on Monday through Friday will be shipped on the following business day.

Australian Orders:

• Discount: First order $10 OFF on Australian orders over $100 
• Estimated Delivery Time: 1 - 3 business days, depending on Australia Post’s delivery schedule. Typically, metro area deliveries may arrive the day after shipping, while regional areas can take up to 3 working days.
• Courier Information: Star Track Courier delivers to physical addresses only. Orders addressed to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers will be sent with Australia Post.
• Delivery Changes (Effective April 2, 2017): Australia Post will implement Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave. This means your order will either require a signature or be left in a safe place if you're not home. Australia Post will also take a photo of the delivery location. To avoid having your order left in a safe place, please provide clear instructions in the notes field when placing your order.

International Orders:

• New Zealand:

  • Shipping Costs: Flat rate of $9.95 for express shipping.
  • Shipping Time: 2 - 4 business days.
  • NZ GST: 15% GST is included in the price for orders shipping to New Zealand. GST is paid by us at the border

• USA and Canada:

  • Shipping Costs: Flat rate of $19.95 for express shipping.
  • Shipping Time: 2 - 4 business days. Orders are shipped via DHL courier service. Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday-Friday are processed the same day; those placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Please note, we are not responsible for processing delays in customs or additional delivery times to locations outside mainland US and Canada.

• Rest of the World:

  • Shipping Costs: Flat rate of $19.95 for pack and track international shipping.
  • Shipping Time: 3 - 10 business days.

Order Tracking: Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

Additional Information:

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We cannot offer reimbursement for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
